ABOUT US
sprez•za•tù•ra \ sprāt-tsä-ˈtü-rä \
The Italian word became fashionable back in the sixteenth century after Renaissance-era writer Baldassare Castiglione used it in his book, The Book of the Courtier (1528) defining ‘sprezzatura’ as a certain nonchalance, so as to conceal all art and make whatever is done or said appear to be without effort and almost without any thought about it.
The art of performing a difficult task or presenting oneself so gracefully that it looks effortless especially as a characteristic quality or style of art, literature, or fashion.
A certain
nonchalance.
